Patti,, Jeff and Missy joined us later in the day for the Luau. Patti and I found this quilt shop and I found the books I was looking for on Hawaiian quilting.

Uncovering the pig. The food was great. It was buffet style and included huli huli chicken, pork, fish (some raw), poi, salads, taro buns, pineapple dessert, coconut cake.....
Another quilt...aren't these pretty? I have to make one. After the luau dinner, was a show that we attended. I'll let Al blog about that when he returns from his ATV adventure through Jurrasic Park. We couldn't take pictures at the show so he can tell you what it was about.....great show!
