24.02.04 FOUNTAIN PARK and FOUNTAIN HILLS DESERT BOTANICAL GARDEN, FOUNTAIN HILLS, AZ

The fountain operates every hour on the hour from 9 am to 9 pm daily. It draws from a 33 acre, million gallon lake and reaches heights of 330-560 feet. The backdrop is Mount McDowell, more commonly referred to as Red Rock.

There is a paved path all the way around the lake with benches and picnic areas.

FOUNTAIN HILLS DESERT BOTANICAL GARDEN is an 8 acre one half mile trail that meanders through rock and lava formations, desert plants and animal life.

There was snow in the higher elevations last night, this photo is of 4 Peaks mountain.

I bought a ring from a guy who makes them in the park in the silver smith shop.

More fun in Walmart!
