This little bay is actually the crater of a volcano. The ocean waves crashing against the walls eventually eroded the side of the crater away and the ocean waters rushed in creating this bay.
Chickens run wild all over the island. Our tour guide told us that someone brought chickens to the island and was raising them. A flood came along and toppled all the cages and let the chickens out...now they have many chickens.
