Day One
We ended up in Champaign IL. D&W RV Park. Nice little campground. No frills, but clean, safe and friendly. Furnace didn't work so we put on extra clothes and blankets and pretended we were camping in the mountains under the stars. Al is working on the furnace now...at 4:30 am. I'm making coffee and sitting by the electric fireplace to thaw my fingers. Marley refuses to get out of bed.
Al got the furnace working. An issue with the propane tank. The second tank works! Yay! Warm toes! Day 2 of the adventure begins.....
