Tour Guides, Connie & Steve

Day 2

We arrived at Connie and Steve's in the late afternoon.  Their home is just beautiful! They were so generous to let us park and hook up.  Connie made delicious lasagna, home grown green beans,  ginger made bread and omg... the best Cinnamon cake! We had some for breakfast too 😁

Day 3 

We totally forgot to take photos today.  Connie and Steve have us a tour of the Land Between the Lakes State Park and several other Lakes and parks. Beautiful area! We were so busy watching and talking! They took us to the Barkley State Park Lodge for supper. We had fish dinners.  Kathy,  I so regret not taking s photo of this for you! One dinner was enough for two people. It came with a complete salad bar,  hush puppies, Cole slaw and, I kid you not, a half platter of the crispiest fish I ever had.  We brought home more than half the fish for tomorrow. Time for pj's and the recliner.  We are thoroughly enjoying our visit and appreciate their hospitality. Thank you Connie and Steve, and Penny and Charlie!
